Steve Blome brings 40 years of industry knowledge, contacts, and experience with high performance industrial flooring and lining solutions. Steve fully understands the process of evaluating customers’ operations, proper material selection for their needs, specification writing, and the correct, most up to date installation methods to yield optimum performance and system longevity. Steve has a long history of successful team building to produce quality projects and products for the industry, and for the valued customers of Archway Brick and Tile.
Tracy Skubic, Managing Administrative Partner
Tracy brings over 25 years of experience in materials procurement, production and personnel scheduling and management, financial operations, meeting our clients insurance requirements and the difficult schedules that this industry requires. She is very cognizant of our personnel capabilities and matching those with our customers needs to produce successful, on time projects with outstanding vendor/supplier relations and customer service.
Jeremy Culbertson, Field Service Manager/Partner
With 20 years of industrial construction experience, Jeremy Culbertson has the ability to produce outstanding results in the field with on-time, quality installations of a multitude of high performance flooring systems.
Jeremy has been at the forefront of the development of many cutting-edge installation methods, as well as new materials, systems, and technologies, resulting in rapid installation of high quality, long lasting flooring and linings for your facilities. Jeremy is always ready to go the extra mile to meet the needs of Archway Brick and Tile's business and our customers.
Andy Bauer, Administrative Partner/Estimator
Andy Bauer brings over 10 years of practical experience in heavy duty industrial flooring and linings to our team. Starting in the field and learning the various installation systems, Andy has taken on the role of Chief Estimator and Sales Partner at Archway Brick and Tile.
Andy has a number of industry contacts and has been successful in linking AB&T's capabilities to the needs of those contacts. With the knowledge and experience of Andy and all members of our staff, we have fine-tuned our estimating process to generate very accurate and competitive bids.
